CASA GRANDE (Feb. 20, 2018) – Do you know a student in Western Pinal County who would like to apply for a scholarship to continue their education in the health care field? The Casa Grande Community Hospital Foundation is awarding five of those scholarships, each worth $1,000.
Students must legally reside in Western Pinal County, and they must be a graduating senior or current college student who plans to enroll or is enrolled in a vocational school, college or university, studying for a career in the health care field.
“Our Foundation is honored that we’re able to provide this recognition to students in our local community,” said Kaitee Doll-Bell, director of the Casa Grande Community Hospital Foundation. “We hope that by awarding these scholarships, local students will be encouraged to continue their education and become successful in their professional careers.”
The scholarship application form is available at www.BannerHealth.com/ways-to-give/volunteer/scholarships. A print version can be picked up at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center in the gift shop, front desk in the main lobby, or volunteer services departments.
Students must fill out the scholarship form completely to be considered a candidate. Once completed, forms can be sent to: Banner Casa Grande Medical Center Volunteer Services Office, Attn: Kaitee Doll-Bell, Director of Volunteer Services & Foundation, 1800 E. Florence Blvd., Casa Grande, AZ 85122.
